What is the Recruitly + Claude integration?
Recruitly connects to Claude AI through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for AI integrations. Once connected, you can search candidates, review pipelines, check billing, and access your entire recruitment database — all by typing natural language questions in Claude.
Is the Claude integration free?
Yes. The Recruitly MCP integration is free on every Recruitly plan, including the free tier. You do need a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise subscription from Anthropic to use connectors.
Is my recruitment data safe?
Absolutely. Claude has read-only access — it cannot modify, delete, or export your data. Authentication uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, and your API credentials are never exposed to Claude. All connections are encrypted end-to-end.
What can I ask Claude about my recruitment data?
Anything you'd normally look up in your CRM: find candidates by skills or location, check pipeline status for a role, review client history before a meeting, pull billing summaries, track team performance, and more. Claude understands natural language, so you don't need to learn any query syntax.
How do I set it up?
It takes under a minute. Open Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add, paste the server URL https://mcp.recruitly.dev/mcp, and sign in with Google, Microsoft, or your email. That's it.
Does it work with Claude Desktop and claude.ai?
Yes. The Recruitly MCP connector works with claude.ai (web), Claude Desktop (macOS/Windows), and Claude Code (CLI). Any Claude client that supports MCP connectors is compatible.
